THIS IS A CASH ONLY EVENT(WITH THE EXCEPTION OF AUCTIONS)

Location:

• Bartlesville High School Commons-Please park in the student parking lot on Shawnee and enter through the gates by the football field.

Time:

• Friday, October 3rd 5:30 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.
• Doors open and concessions start at 5:30 pm
• One "Dollar Bingo" game begins at 6 pm to get the evening started
• Regular Bingo directly following "Dollar Bingo"
• Silent auction teacher dessert auctions close at 6:45
• Silent auction basket bids close at 7:40
• Live Auctions for Premier Parking at 7:45
• NINTENDO SWITCH 2 Raffle at 7:50 (Must be present to win)

Concessions:

• Pizza $2 per slice ($16 for whole pizza)
• Drinks $1 (Pop and Water)
• Chips $1
• Bingo Cards $1 each or $7 for 10

Teacher Dessert Silent Auction

• Teacher dessert auction will close at intermission
• All proceeds from each teacher's dessert will go back to them to use in their classroom

Dollar Bingos

• Half the pot goes to the winner and half to the WPSA. If there is a tie the player portion pot will be split accordingly. One game will be played at the evening and the other at intermission

Silent Auctions

• Lots of incredible baskets to bid on
• Bids start at $50
• Minimum bid increase of $5
• Cash or check accepted as payment
• You DO NOT need to be present to win

Live Auction for Premier Parking Spot at Wayside

• This parking spot puts you at the front of the drop-off and pick-up lines
• Always have a close spot during assemblies and class parties

Nintendo Switch 2 Raffle

• Raffle tickets $5 per ticket or $20 for 5 tickets-Must be present to win

We will have highlighters, but bring your own daubers if you would like.
